Remote maintenance

In order to be able to help you quickly in the event of service, we offer the following services and tools:

During commissioning or servicing we help you with our know-how and state-of-the-art measurement technology on site or are available quickly and worldwide through our remote maintenance system.

The following measurement technology is available:

CAN Bus

• Recording of messages
• Wiring test (wiring, terminating resistors, cable length)
• Operating test (voltage level of CAN messages, polarity reversal, bus load)

Hydraulics

• Pressure -1 to 400 bar (8 channels parallel)
• Flow rate 0 to 300 l/min

Testing & simulation

Creation and conception of software with which your products and ma-chines are simulated or tested.

A simulation simulates hardware such as joysticks, displays, sensors, motors or complete machine systems. If a new project is realised, the associated hardware can be simulated and does not have to be present.

The data exchange between the simulation and a controller reduces the work in:

• New development

  • The customer does not necessarily have to supply hardware components needed for operation.

  • Functions that are blocked by sensors or other inputs can be imitated in the simulation. This allows realistic programming during development.

  • The feedback of the simulation (voltage values, PWM signals, etc.) makes it possible to detect and correct logic errors quickly.

• Troubleshooting

  • The customer can record sensor values and pass them on to us. These values can be integrated into the simulation and visualised. This enables malfunctions such as uneven movements or a wrong direction of travel to be detected more quickly.

  • If a sensor fails, this does not necessarily mean that it no longer outputs a value. Such errors can now be simulated easily.

• Optimisation
  • If all sensor values of a machine function are recorded (e.g. the move-ments of a lifting arm), these values can be “run through” as often as required in the simulation, making it possible to monitor and optimise control in the controller without the usual measurement fluctuations.

A simulation can also be turned into a test environment. This environment gives you the opportunity to test products and code before they are delivered to the customer. This ensures consistent and high quality.

Control systems

Field-proven software for convenient control of mobile machines

Our services focus on the development of software for mobile machines. We write software according to your specifications and adapted to your machine. We incorporate the experience we have gained in 10 years of software development into the project. We support you in the selection of hardware and electrical planning.

Thanks to a large number of finished and tested functions, the basic framework of the software can be created quickly. Most project-specific properties are loaded via parameters. The machine-specific functions are created in a separate software part. Thus, porting to other hardware is also possible without any problems.

Displays

• support you in the creation of display elements and design pictograms, graphics and display elements for you.
• develop the complete display software for you or support you in case of capacity bottlenecks. We adapt the display interface to your wishes and your corporate design.

Displays play an important role in the operation of mobile machines. They serve to display machine data and error messages or are used to operate the machine. Through control of the machine via soft keys, switches can be saved and machine operation can be designed ergonomically.

When using displays, our designers create an individual display interface and operating concept for every customer. Company logos and colours are taken into account as well as the technical possibilities of the hardware. This ensures that the machine is easy to operate and the user interface is attractive.

To give the operator a clearer view, cameras can be connected to the display. The camera images can be integrated into the user interface.
